Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver key people activities for all employees across Nam Trust, including recruitment, new starter's information, and employee personal details.
* Provide managers and colleagues with advice on people policies and procedures.
* Lead all recruitment campaigns with administrative support from the People Assistant.
* Act as the operational interface for colleague inductions, ensuring line managers have the resources and support to facilitate a consistent and effective welcome and training process for new team members.
* Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
* Support the development and implementation of engagement and well-being initiatives to improve colleague satisfaction and foster a supportive working environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in the human resources field.
* Experience managing computerised systems to organise and maintain people activities and data.
* Demonstrated involvement in recruitment campaigns and supporting people-related projects.
* Experience providing advice on people policies and procedures to managers and colleagues.
* Strong understanding of employment law, legislation, and General Data Protection Regulations.
* Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices.
* CIPD Qualification - Level 3 (or working towards).
