About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Nam Trust. As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and delivering dynamic people functions in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver key people activities for all employees across Nam Trust, including recruitment, new starter's information, and employee personal details.
  • Provide managers and colleagues with advice on people policies and procedures.
  • Lead all recruitment campaigns with administrative support from the People Assistant.
  • Act as the operational interface for colleague inductions, ensuring line managers have the resources and support to facilitate a consistent and effective welcome and training process for new team members.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Support the development and implementation of engagement and well-being initiatives to improve colleague satisfaction and foster a supportive working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the human resources field, including experience managing computerised systems to organise and maintain people activities and data.
  • Demonstrated involvement in recruitment campaigns and supporting people-related projects.
  • Experience providing advice on people policies and procedures to managers and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, legislation, and General Data Protection Regulations.
  • CIPD Qualification - Level 3 (or working towards).
