Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisor to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing first-class proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice, guidance, coaching, and support on all people-related matters
  • Support and upskill our client's Managers to 'be better than yesterday'
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in a HR Advisor position
  • Demonstrable experience providing complex HR advice and coaching managers on a range of people-related matters
  • HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable
  • Evidence of a robust understanding of HR best practice
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
