Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice, guidance, and support to our clients and their managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations
  • Offer HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of people-related matters
  • Coach and develop managers to improve their people management skills
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements

  • Experience in a HR Advisor or similar role
  • Proven track record of providing complex HR advice and coaching managers
  • HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using HRIS and data analysis is desirable
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Teams
