About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention and growth. As a Client Success Associate, you will partner with a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive value from Gartner services. You will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business functions and companies.
  • Meet with clients regularly to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for Gartner services that drive high value and client retention.
  • Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • 0-6 years of relevant professional experience or internship experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to use German (reading, writing, and speaking) at a business or native level.
