About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Associate, you will partner with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to drive value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with clients across various business functions and companies
  • Meet with clients to understand their business needs and recommend solutions that drive high value and client retention
  • Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients

Requirements:

  • 0-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to use English at a Business or Native level
