About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention and growth. As a Client Success Associate, you will partner with a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive value from Gartner services. You will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities and identify opportunities to support their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business functions and companies.
  • Meet with clients regularly to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive value and retention.
  • Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize the value delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • 0-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to use English at a Business or Native level.
