Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through the provision of exceptional staffing solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing sales leads and developing strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide expert guidance on shift terms, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, building relationships and promoting our brand to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our commercial team to understand and communicate our business offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Meet and exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Follow company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Flexibly assist neighboring branches when needed and complete required training, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
- A passion for business development and a confident telephone manner are essential for success in this position.
- Some travel will be required, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
