Service Desk Administrator

Reed Epsom is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to provide support to the Service Department as the primary point of contact for clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle various queries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Manage incoming callouts and assign work to engineers efficiently.
  • Complete job reports using our in-house system and provide copies to clients.
  • Process orders for new or spare parts as needed.
  • Ensure systems and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the management of company stock and update records in the system.

As a friendly and confident Service Desk Administrator, you will have previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. You will also have:

  • Confidence in handling difficult or complex queries and requests.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively.
