Service Desk Coordinator

Reed Epsom is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to provide support to the Service Department as the primary point of contact for clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle various queries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Manage incoming callouts and assign work to engineers efficiently.
- Complete job reports using our in-house system and provide copies to clients.
- Process orders for new or spare parts as needed.
- Ensure systems and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the management of company stock and update records in the system.
As a friendly and confident Service Desk Administrator, you will have previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills. You will also have:
- Confidence in handling difficult or complex queries and requests.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively.
