About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hambleton Grange. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness and respect
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support
  • Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Recognize and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, ensuring a safe environment for all
