About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hambleton Grange. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness and respect
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on resident-centered care
  • Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be expected to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns
