Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hambleton Grange. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Provide physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
