- Ensure residents receive personalized care, promoting independence and dignity.
- Engage with residents, encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
- Support the Home Manager with tasks as needed, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
- Report any safeguarding concerns, upholding the highest standards of care and respect.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Senior HCA, with a strong understanding of person-centered care planning.
- NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.
