About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Health Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Administer medication as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring resident safety.
  • Assist with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being among residents.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure seamless care delivery, addressing any challenges or concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Senior HCA, with a strong understanding of person-centered care and medication administration.
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
