Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth efficient running of the Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in leading by example, coaching and mentoring colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Prior experience in a retail operations environment, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store (desirable)
  • Supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets (desirable)
  • A passion for delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in communicating with customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
