Deputy Home Manager Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Area Camden Group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager in supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the care delivered to young people
* Promote a caring environment that provides young people with a high standard of support, meeting individual needs
* Supervise Key/Support Workers and ensure supervision processes are implemented and recorded
* Recognize and assess individuals' needs, involving relevant professional agencies and relatives where needed
* Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to young people following individual care plans
* Promote the social and emotional wellbeing & development of young people
* Ensure all appropriate risks assessments are updated and all staff informed of any changes to health and safety legislation
Requirements:
* Residential childcare experience (2+ years)
* Hold Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
* Child Protection experience
* Leadership and staff supervision skills
* Management of budgets and staff rotas
* Project management skills
