Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Promote the development of children, protect them from harm, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, support, and manage staff, including completing appraisals and identifying developmental goals.
  • Interagency Working: Develop positive relationships with external agencies, including social work teams, police, and housing organizations.
  • Family and Community: Engage with the local community, represent Fevaca positively, and develop good working relationships with family members and carers.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to organizations such as OFSTED and local authorities, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements
  • Essential: Positive value base, commitment to equal opportunities, good working knowledge of relevant legislation, and ability to represent the organization externally.
