The Role

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Plough in Ipswich. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth
