We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead our lab-based CNS translational research in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex 'in-vitro' CNS disease models for gene therapy drug delivery. Our proprietary technology has the potential to revolutionise gene therapy for CNS patients.

You will be responsible for developing our CNS models, undertaking genetic drug efficacy, potency, and immunogenicity assays. Your work will play a vital role in the development of next-generation drugs and will be closely monitored by senior leadership.

A competitive salary range is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This position offers opportunities for real growth and development within a proven biotech company that prioritises employee development.

The successful candidate will have line, project, and CRO management responsibilities, enabling them to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic environment.
