We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team at RAND Europe, a leading research institute with a strong focus on policy research and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our research and analysis activities, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality research projects and reports. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of our research strategy and help to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing research projects and studies, including designing research methodologies and analyzing data
  • Preparing and presenting research findings to clients and stakeholders, including writing reports and developing presentations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement research projects and studies
  • Contributing to the development of our research strategy and helping to identify new research opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and analysis, with experience in policy research and analysis. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as policy research, public policy, or international relations
  • Proven experience in research and analysis, with a strong background in policy research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to design and implement research methodologies, analyze data, and present research findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
