Overview:
">The Earlham Institute is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst to contribute to the development and implementation of single-cell genomic approaches. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and make advances in Crohn's Disease research.
">Key Responsibilities:
">You will be responsible for performing analyses of scRNA-Seq data, developing analytical tools, and contributing to the analysis pipelines of the Earlham Institute's core open workflows and computational tools.
">Requirements:
">A PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related subject is required, along with experience of working on single-cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics data. A solid understanding of statistics and biology is essential.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this position is £38,220 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience), and the role meets the criteria for a visa application.
