A competitive salary of $120,000-$160,000 per annum awaits a talented genetics data analyst lead to join our team in Cambridge.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled geneticist or bioinformatician to contribute to our direct target discovery technology platform by analyzing large-scale genetics datasets and developing novel statistical genetic analysis methods.

As part of our team, you will work closely with subject leaders on various projects, including the curation and visualization of genomic data using Genomics Viewer and matplotlib.

We are looking for someone with a PhD in Genetics/Bioinformatics who has hands-on experience with GWAS, BOLT-LMM, and gene burden tests. Knowledge of NGS processing/analysis tools like GATK, bwa, and plink is also essential.
