Senior Oncology Research Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oncology Research Director to lead our precision medicine research efforts. This individual will play a vital role in advancing our understanding of cancer biology and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a strong background in oncology research. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and implementing high-quality in vitro and in vivo assays.

Main Responsibilities
  • Experimental Design and Implementation: Develop and execute experimental study plans, ensuring milestones and objectives are met within established timelines.
  • Project Oversight: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, plan, and execute experimental studies, providing strategic direction and oversight for concurrent research projects.
  • Data Analysis and Communication: Communicate findings effectively through written and oral presentations, using statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on precision oncology research.
  • Advanced Assay Development: Experience in developing and implementing advanced cell-culture assays in Oncology, working with both primary cells and established cell lines.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior scientists.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
