Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure HR files are up-to-date, including Right to Work Contracts and DBS checks.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new care home staff.
- Assist the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator with administrative tasks.
- Audit staff files and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general office duties, including answering the telephone and ad-hoc tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in a generalist administrative role.
- Computer literacy and experience of payroll knowledge, as well as HR processes.
- Well-developed customer service skills and the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work using your own initiative.
- Comfortable inputting data into various systems.
