Office Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and friendly individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as an Office Administrator. You will be supporting the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator, contributing to the smooth operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure HR files are up-to-date, including Right to Work Contracts and DBS checks.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new care home staff.
  • Assist the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator with various tasks.
  • Audit staff files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering the telephone and completing ad-hoc tasks.
What We're Looking For:
  • We seek an individual with strong administrative skills and experience working in a generalist administrative role, covering various aspects.
  • You will also be computer literate, have experience with payroll, knowledge of HR processes, and well-developed customer service skills.
  • You will be highly organized, with good attention to detail, and able to liaise confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing.
  • The successful candidate will have experience of multitasking and be able to work using their own initiative.
  • You must also be comfortable inputting data into various systems.
