Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Chester office, providing administrative support to our Marketing and Recruitment Director and other senior leadership team members.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities management of the Chester office, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Financial administration for the recruitment and marketing team, including budgeting and expense management.
- Attend and take minutes as required at Board and senior leadership team meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of actions and action plans resulting from meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support with the production of relevant reports and papers, including data collation and analysis.
- Prepare management reports for the Marketing and Recruitment Director, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements.
- Manage group contacts and directories, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
