About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs
- Budget and forecast compensation and benefits expenses
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to compensation and benefits
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with industry standards, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
