The Role

At Phoenix Futures, we're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Night Care Worker at Rae House. As a key member of our therapeutic community, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating the evening running of our program.

You will coordinate service users' tasks and activities, provide waking night cover to ensure risk is monitored and minimized, and organize residents for the daily program and activities.

Previous experience is desirable, but not essential. We welcome dedicated individuals who are willing to learn new skills and deliver the best service possible to our residents.

This part-time role of 26 hours per week includes a rolling rota with 10-hour shifts, including weekends.
