About the Role

As a Therapeutic Recovery Specialist at Phoenix Futures, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a small caseload, assess the needs of our service users, and develop and implement personalized recovery plans. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of service users and develop personalized recovery plans
  • Assess the needs of our service users and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support
  • Develop and implement therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Support the day-to-day running of our therapeutic community and ensure that our residents' needs are met

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the complex issues presented by individuals within drug and alcohol recovery. You will also need to be able to work effectively with multi-agencies and maintain the excellent reputation of our service. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our service users.
