Service Supervisor Job Description

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field service team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and delegate workloads effectively to Field Service Engineers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting set targets.
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with relevant departments.
  • Utilize Telematics systems to monitor team movements and optimize machine utilization, ensuring a high level of service experience for customers.
  • Evaluate staff skills and performance, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and motivation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including completion of documentation, customer satisfaction, and warranty returns.
Requirements:
  • Experience in heavy plant and machinery maintenance.
  • Previous experience managing engineer workloads and teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
