Control Systems Engineer - The Role:
  1. Develop PLC/SCADA/HMI system designs and options from customer requirements.
  2. Program PLC control systems from given designs.
  3. Contribute to the entire software/systems lifecycle, from design through coding to testing, installation, and configuration, and documentation.
  4. Configure parameters for Variable Speed Drives.
  5. Support bids, travel for technical input, customer liaison, and input to sales proposals.
  6. Work within project teams to meet customer deadlines.
  7. Perform installation and configuration/testing work at customer sites, including occasional offshore travel.
Control Systems Engineer - The Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer-facing skills.
  2. Knowledge of the full project lifecycle.
  3. Innovative software background.
  4. Passion for engineering with significant experience to draw from.
  5. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC ControlLogix systems is highly advantageous, but other mainstream PLCs (Siemens TIA/S7, Mitsubishi, or GE Fanuc) are also considered.
  6. Instrumentation background and industry experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or process industries are highly preferred.
