About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our community pharmacy services team. As a Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes in community pharmacy settings.
You will work closely with our team of pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our patients. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving innovation and excellence in community pharmacy practice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes in community pharmacy settings
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement new services and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacists and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community pharmacy services and make recommendations for improvement
- Master of Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Accredited relevant postgraduate MSc pharmacy qualification or equivalent
- Proven leadership and management experience in a community pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical and business acumen
