We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the transformation of Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) towards a caring, healthier, and safer Edinburgh. As the Chief Officer, you will lead a team of 6,000 staff in delivering exceptional outcomes for our service users and patients.

The City of Edinburgh is a vibrant and beautiful place to live and work, with a population of over 526,000. Our partnership is one of the largest in Scotland, providing a range of primary and community-based health and adult social care services.

Our 6 strategic priorities will guide our journey towards transformation, innovation, and improvement. We are committed to making significant changes to how services are planned and delivered in partnership with people who use them, demonstrating a clear commitment to our values.

We want to attract a senior systems leader with a track record of transforming and improving services, forging strategic partnerships, and influencing local agencies. You will have a strong focus on good governance and be attuned to the demands of regulation and public scrutiny.
