Foodsteps is a pioneering company that empowers the food industry to accelerate its journey to net zero. We are seeking a Commercial Leadership Role to join our team and drive revenue growth and market penetration.
As our Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration, while fostering a data-driven culture and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with our CEO, Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to align Sales with customer needs and market trends.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and lead by example.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software or technology sales, preferably in an early-stage business.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
