Vehicle Haulage Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Haulage Specialist to join our team. As an HGV Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and roadworthiness of our commercial vehicles.
SalaryThe successful candidate can expect a salary of £31,500 - £42,700 per annum, plus a shift premium of 15% of the base rate, potentially earning up to £49,000 annually.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on our HGV lorries.
- Ensuring all vehicles meet the required standards of safety and roadworthiness.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial vehicle repair.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in transport commercial vehicle repairs.
- A City and Guilds 1, 2, 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle legislation and roadworthiness.
