Production Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Acorn by Synergie Careers. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
The hourly rate for this role is £12.98, and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Your responsibilities will include supporting a flexible workforce, problem-solving, motivating staff, and ensuring daily KPIs are met.
Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in hands-on picking and packing work, including operating machinery, loading and unloading vehicles, and checking stock for quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Pick stock using machines, pack orders, and prepare them for dispatch.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload delivery and collection vehicles.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock for quality and report any issues to the Nursery Manager.
- Stock Management: Stand down or store stock in the correct areas.
