About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Empowering Living Specialist. This role involves working with an individual who requires adapted supported living services, focusing on promoting their independence and overall well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering person-centred care that meets the individual's needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless transitions
  • Participating in service development and implementation

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
