Care Manager Home Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure that individuals receive the best possible care and support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
