Internal Technical Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth across the UK in the metrology and calibration sector. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the metrology and calibration market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the metrology and calibration sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and business goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training on metrology and calibration solutions
- Support exhibitions, shows, and other marketing events focused on the metrology and calibration industry
- Manage sales budgets and provide sales forecasts for the metrology and calibration sector
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent. Proven experience in field-based sales within the metrology and calibration sector is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You should be a strong analytical thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the metrology and calibration industry. Proficiency in sales management tools and software (CRM) is also required.
