About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive sales growth across the UK in the metrology and calibration sector. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the metrology and calibration market
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the metrology and calibration sector
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts and business goals
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training on metrology and calibration solutions
  5. Support exhibitions, shows, and other marketing events focused on the metrology and calibration industry
  6. Manage sales budgets and provide sales forecasts for the metrology and calibration sector
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent. Proven experience in field-based sales within the metrology and calibration sector is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should be a strong analytical thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the metrology and calibration industry. Proficiency in sales management tools and software (CRM) is also required.
