As a key member of the E-Systems team, the Sales Director will be responsible for driving commercial success across all electronics products supplied to JLR globally and Ford across Europe.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive customer strategy to meet internal financial commitments and secure new revenue opportunities for selected customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field.
- At least 10-15 years' experience managing complex customer accounts from a commercial perspective in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific experience related to JLR and/or Ford customer accounts.
