About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Coventry. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify and follow up on leads, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to sale.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on product sales.
- Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to FCA and data protection regulations.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A valid UK driver's license and a passion for the automotive industry.
