Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Staffbase Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote machinery sales throughout the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal technical teams to establish and specify machinery suitable for customer requirements
- Attend product/trade exhibitions and events to promote machinery sales
- Provide regular sales activity reports to directors
- Previous experience in sales of capital equipment machinery
- Knowledge of food packaging and/or processing machinery is beneficial
- Strong sales background and ability to engage in robust technical discussions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
- Excellent basic salary (negotiable)
- OTE £70K - £80K
