About the Company


Our undisclosed company is seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to support our growth and development initiatives.


This is a 3 month project that will involve working closely with our team to implement best practice and get the company ready for its next stage of growth.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Provide training and support to colleagues on HR best practice.
  2. Work closely with the management team to identify and implement initiatives that will drive growth and development.
  3. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week.
