Job Title: Culture Development Programme Lead

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Kentish Town, United Kingdom

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Culture Development Programme Lead. As a key member of our culture development programme, you will be responsible for delivering training events, promoting best practices, and engaging with the supply chain and clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering CDP Core events and engaging with the supply chain and clients
  2. Promoting best practices through site support, presentations, and other events
  3. Suporting the development of CDP promotional literature and lesson plan content
  4. Attending regular meetings with the coaching team and sharing learning across all sectors

Requirements:

  • Relevant construction site-based experience, ideally in rail but not essential
  • Proven experience of JMS Culture Development Programme or equivalent culture change Programmes
  • Report writing skills
