About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled International Development Programme Manager to join our team and support the design and delivery of programmes that implement frontier technologies worldwide.

The Frontier Tech Hub works with the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) at the intersection of tech, innovation, and international development. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the programme design process, ensuring alignment across consortium partners and identifying changes required to the current Theory of Change.

The key activities include:

  1. Developing a comprehensive Programme Design process and required outputs, with accompanying timeline.
  2. Ensuring relevant stakeholders are held accountable to timelines and outputs they are responsible for within the programme design process.
  3. Leading and facilitating workshops for technical solution design and programme design across the consortium and at an individual org level.

You will work closely with the FT Hub Evaluation and Adaptive Learning (EAL) team to identify changes required to the current Theory of Change and develop a Governance Structure for FT3.

Additionally, you will support the development of organisational charts and staffing structures, as well as outlining key accountabilities for each consortia member for key delivery activities.

The estimated salary for this position is £4,170 60,000-80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
