Job Description

As a Cultural Development Lead, you will play a key role in the early development and coordination of some workstreams connected with the Museum's masterplan projects, including the re-imagining of our Western Range galleries. You will contribute to the planning of major cross-Museum projects, programmes and initiatives, and manage dependencies between the delivery of major cross-museum projects and initiatives.

The postholder will define and maintain the programme governance structure and deliver a consistent control framework to manage risks, issues, quality, and lessons learned. They will also ensure the timely review of strategies, policies, processes and procedures across the PE directorate and support change initiatives as required.
