Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Ambassador to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
    • Manage the reception desk, handling guest registration, host notification, and pass issuance in accordance with established procedures.
    • Administer meeting room bookings and inductions, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
    • Proactively assist guests with luggage and provide general information on the local area, directions, and travel updates.
  • Compliance Management
    • Deliver services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement document, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and protocols.
    • Monitor progress of service requests, reporting any shortcomings or issues to the Front of House Team Leader.
    • Support the Front of House Team Leader in continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining personal awareness of all site procedures relevant to the Reception role.
  • People & Performance Management
    • Take pride in personal presentation, adhering to uniform and appearance standards for the team, and supporting colleagues in maintaining a high level of image and professionalism.
    • Use positive body language and effective communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
    • Maintain regular contact with the FM team to ensure a consistent and smooth service is provided throughout.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service environment, providing guest and/or reception services to a high standard.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to easily memorize names and recognize individuals' particulars.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Previous experience in operating a resource or hotel reservation system.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including core hours between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, with the possibility of supporting additional hours as required.
