    Join our vibrant team at The Salad Project, where we are dedicated to providing healthy and delicious food options. We are currently seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Front of House Ambassador, a key position in our customer service team.
    Role Overview
    • Part-time position | 12 hours per week | Monday - Thursday
    • Serve as the welcoming face of our brand, ensuring a positive customer experience
    • Assist patrons with their selections and address any inquiries
    • Prepare Click & Collect and Delivery orders
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld

    • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
    • Exude friendliness and approachability, delivering outstanding customer service
    • Collaborate effectively within a team, fostering strong interpersonal relationships
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Commit to upholding cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
    • Ensure service quality meets our high standards without compromising
    • Maintain a light-hearted atmosphere while recognizing when to focus on tasks
    • Be punctual and respectful of scheduled shifts

    Experience Requirements
    • Preferred experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality sector
    • A warm smile and a friendly tone are essential
