About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Ambassador to join our team at Knight Dragon Developments Ltd. As a key member of our Design District Coworking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with tenants, members, potential customers, colleagues, and members of the public.
  • Work closely with the Community Supervisor and finance team to oversee membership billing and client accounts, escalating any payment or arrears issues as required.
  • Collaborate with the Community Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities within Design District.
  • Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager regarding the cleaning, turning over, and delivery of snacks and drinks to meeting rooms.
  • Work with the Marketing team and Events Coordinator in the planning and delivery of Design District events and private hires, when required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of providing front of house duties in a similar customer-focused environment, such as a hotel reception, membership club, coworking space, or similar.
  • Experience in billing and account management.
  • The ability to act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional manner.
