We seek an accomplished AI Governance Specialist to spearhead AI strategy development and foster collaboration among teams at Trustpilot, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-driven innovations, be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and possess expertise in identifying and mitigating potential risks.

  • Develop and implement Trustpilot's AI strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams;
  • Ensure AI deployments align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards;
  • Monitor emerging trends and best practices in AI governance, recommending adjustments as needed;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication;
Your Profile
  • A strong background in AI, machine learning, or related fields;
  • Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effective mitigation strategies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement;
  • Adeptness in navigating ambiguous situations, finding creative solutions, and driving results;
